It began more than a decade ago for the better health of a little girl... Her father, Daragh, and a few other members of the family began making sourdough just as their ancestors had made generations ago.

What began as a simple act of trying to make a daughter feel better, drives us all at Wild today. We firmly believe that using simple, wholesome ingredients—without any of those unfamiliar letters and numbers found in mass-produced bread—can truly enhance your well-being. We want everyone to feel good, inside and out. And we’re doing that one plump, springy ball of dough at a time.
