How it all began

From day one, we have made bread that makes you feel good. Our ancient method of breadmaking is free from additives and commercial yeasts. Our bread is fresh, not factory baked, it is slow fermented outside of your stomach, not in it, making you feel healthier and happier.

Power in flour

Just like us, our flour is alive. By preserving the integrity of the grains and milling the flour daily, we ensure that the flour retains its optimal freshness and nutritional value.

Therefore, early 2024, we will be milling daily our own flour on-site. Stay tuned for more updates !
